If you have not run a portable assembly, perhaps in your system is not a complete Microsoft Visual C ++.
Notes to the portable assembly:

1. On the module Camera Raw 9.4.0.548 (drive: .. Photoshop CC 2015AppPsRequiredPlug-InsFile Formats), but no lens profiles.
